While we engineer systems for growth, the realization of measurable impact is dependent on collaborative execution and organizational compliance. We do not guarantee absolute outcomes beyond the parameters of our strategic interventions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mithrive Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our website or the application of our general insights.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
